NT:Gillard pilots suspended
Two top RAAF pilots and another crew member from Prime Minister JULIA GILLARD's VIP
crew have reportedly been suspended over an all-night bender.
News Limited papers say the incident happened only hours after delivering the PM to
a funeral service in the Northern Territory for Private SCOTT PALMER .. who was killed
in Afghanistan.
The reports say one of the pilots used a fire extinguisher to scare two female flight
attendants at their hotel in the early hours .. before take-off to Adelaide.
Three RAAF members were apparently stood down following the July 10 incident in Darwin
.. while another pilot was breath-tested and finally allowed to fly Ms GILLARD and her
entourage onto Adelaide.
