Vic: Backwards thinking on emissions: Vic govt
Acting Victorian Premier JOHN THWAITES says the federal government has backwards thinking
on greenhouse gas emissions.
The federal government has stopped all work being done on the Kyoto Protocol's international
emissions trading scheme by the Australian Greenhouse Office.
